The undersigned company declares that, for an evaluation of
your request for information, it shall obtain certain personal
data items.
1. The said data will be processed and stored by Hotel Stagnaro - Via Brigate Partigiane 22/1 - 16030 CAVI
DI LAVAGNA (GE)
2. The said data will be processed on paper and electronic
and information technology and telecommunications media, adopting
privacy protection systems. These processes are performed
to enable us to act upon your request.
3. To enable us to act upon your request, the data will be
transmitted to third parties, if necessary. The data may,
for example, be transmitted to agents for a request for a
visit on your part.
4. Receipt of personal data (date of birth, address etc.)
(see 2, above) is mandatory if we are to consider your request.
Should you refuse to provide the said information, in part
or wholly, this may mean the undersigned company is unable
to act upon your request.
5. All the said data is stored for the time required for consideration
of your request.
6. The undersigned company, Hotel Stagnaro,
with head offices in Via Brigate Partigiane 22/1 - 16030 CAVI
DI LAVAGNA (GE), Italy, is responsible for processing the
data.
7. You may at any time exercise your rights as laid down in
Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03
